Quizlet, play and learn

Almost everyone of us has the desire of learn something, because it will help us in our work, can lead us a way to earn money, or , if you are lucky, know about something you love, in the process of learning you could use a lot of different resources, variables an techniques, and flashcards are one of them.

Quizlet is a platform you can access via the web or their app, and into the variety of resources they use digital flashcards to help them learn.

The first time I learned about Quizlet was working on an article about ERP implementation, and the word quizlet started showing up, and because I'm pretty curious, I will pursue the task of finding what Quizlet is and I will share with you what I have learned.

 

According with wikipedia “Quizlet is a multinational American company that provides tools for studying and learning. It was founded by Andrew Sutherland in October 2005 and released to the public in January 2007. Quizlet's primary products include digital flash cards, matching games, practice electronic assessments, and live quizzes. 

 

As a memorization tool, Quizlet lets registered users create sets of terms and definitions customized for their own needs These sets of terms can then be accessible to students by studying a variety of modes.

Flash Cards

This mode is similar to paper flashcards. Users are shown a "card" for each term, which they can flip over by clicking or using the arrow keys or space bar.The user has the option for the face of the card to be an image, a word, or both”
