What about Twitter?

On April 22, the giant player of the tech industry ,and some much more, @elonmusk make public the fact that he has acquire more than 9% of Twitter's shares on the open market.

And that was just the beginning of a must talk about takeover of the company in the later years. 

In May-June he announced that has put the acquisition on hold pending additional information about the volume of fake and spam accounts on the platform.

The debate in this matter wasn't easy to resolve, that's why on july trough september, Twitter board sues Musk in Delaware court to enforce the $44 billion deal.

In october the pressure of the possibility of verdict in favor of Twitter, Musk says he will resubmit his bid ,  although that Twitter wasn't so pleased as the first time, the judge of the case decided to give both parties until the end of the month to make a decision.

In november the takeover occur and since then Twitter has been in the eyes of the entire tech and social communities because of the so criticized

decision of sell the blue verified mark for $7.99 , decision already undo, and now the plague of layoffs, and other stories like twitter employees are force to work more than 40 hrs a week, banned the work from home option, and a lot more  that simple picture Elon Musk as a dictator.
