The team concluded that the Scrum solution was the most practical recourse to define the deliverables. C#.Net with Bootstrap, Net Core, assisted the team with the solution.
Solution
ERP functionality improved practically every aspect of the dealership business, from customer acquisition tools to closing out the sale. An extensive reporting and analysis process, allowed for smart decision making.
Benefits
ERP implementation improved vehicle dealership business, by permitting a quick close of the sale, automatic generation of necessary documents, such as a bill of sale and lease agreements. In addition, by integrating the platforms, financial statement could be generated instantly.
