Project Challenge
A mobile solution needed to be devised that could manage small automotive workshops.
Methodology
First, the team conducted numerous meetings with key personnel in order to learn about the process of attention, registration and billing of the small automotive workshop industry. The team worked in JAVA language for Android Studio.
Solution
By creating an app for Android devices that would allow the reception of vehicles for workshop services, record the service and vehicle status, an administrative web portal that could create types of services and registrations, would ultimately improve the customer experience, by automatically making appointment for customers.
Benefits
The process allowed complete control of customer appointments, and by automating information, quicker and more efficient customer services was the result.
