The task at hand was to implement the processes with an energy company.
Methodology
The first step was to use the ASAP method to implement the solution. The team understood that the technical knowledge would guarantee the post-implementation application support. Functional module tasks needed to be implemented with the KUBIT solution as a business intelligence platform. The process was achieved through a server hosted in the clouds.
Solution
SBO was implemented locally with its specific identity, multi-currency and multi-inventory. KUBIT was used as a business intelligence tool. Sales support was also improved with the implementation.
Benefits
The benefits of the implementation were astounding. The process proved to be cost saving, information was centralized, processes and back office.
